I recall having a Sunpentown frying pan a few years ago and remember throwing it out after a couple of months. Getting another Sunpentown product was probably not a very smart idea. If they made bad frying pans, I doubt you can expect much for a complicated wine storage system. Definitely not pursuing any design awards when they came up with this. Tacky and plastic looking with a supposedly high tech touch panel. I did not have high expectations for a 200 dollar plus wine chiller and could not have been more right. Set your expectations low. Very low. The touch panel was so misaligned that you would have to press a full inch to the side to activate it.

I looked everywhere for something that could fit in my space with good reviews. I selected this product and shipping and everything was great. My biggest complaint is the amount of noise it makes and it has issues maintaining temperature.

We read alot of other cooler reviews & decided on this one. Pros: nice enough to have in dining room, quiet, inside lights, easy to adjust the temp.
Cons: racks are close together, some bottles are pretty snug getting in and out. We read about larger bottles not fitting, we just remove a rack to accomodate the larger ones, who really drinks that many bottles at one sitting?? When you drink the large bottle...put the rack back in !!
It is great not to have to take up the refrigerator space anymore!
