Constant Beeping Noise after 3 months!, May 31, 2012 This review is from: Wine Enthusiast Silent 24 Bottle Two-Temp Touchscreen Wine Refrigerator (Misc.) We absolutely love or should I say "loved" our Wine Enthusiast 24 Bottle Dual-Zone Wine Cooler Touchscreen Controls with Digital Display received as a gift in January.
In April, the bottom compartment started to beep on and off with the temperature light and interior light flashing, periodically over the past month. Unfortunately, in May it started to beep non-stop and the temp control got VERY cold! Sounds like the same issue as the previous commenter.
I have been attempting to contact Wine Enthusiast Customer Service for the past 2 weeks and I have never received a call or e-mail back. Very, very POOR service. Very, very disappointing! Now I am stuck with a wine cooler that does not work. Very frustrating.

The touch panel on the top would not register after 10 min of inactivity (but works again after unplugging and replugging). 3 months later, the bottom compartment started beeping every 5 seconds with the display and interior light flashing non-stop. pending a replacement.

I called up Wine Enthusiast and they sent me a replacement. The replacement works like a charm. no more crazy beeping all night long. The best part of this whole event was that I got to drink some of the wines that would have otherwise been sitting around :-)
